After college, she went on to pursue Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. She was a member of the Interprofessional Education Scholars Program, which served to encourage collaboration between the different medical disciplines at UTMB. It was here that Holly decided she wanted to do Family Medicine for her future profession.

Upon graduating from UTMB, Holly was chosen for membership in to the Pi Alpha Honor Society for qualities of academic excellence, student leadership, TAPA/AAPA leadership, community service, and student mentorship. She continues to be a member of the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants (TAPA), American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), and the Central Texas PA Society (CTPAS) today.

Holly chose to do Family Medicine because of the long-term relationships she will get to build with patients, and the variety of cases there are in a day. She enjoys meeting everyone that walks in the door and is determined to serve her patients with the highest level of care. In her free time Holly enjoys taking yoga classes, going for walks around town lake, spending time with family, and attending UT football games.
